The Ahhh-Vo-Creamery was born from a craving—and a lack of options. When founder Sarita Sashington went dairy-free, she missed sharing ice cream moments with her grandchildren. Unsatisfied with bland alternatives, she innovated a new tradition: velvety ice cream made from nutrient-rich avocados.
Today, we’re proud to be Chicago’s first avocado-based ice cream truck, spreading happiness across the south suburbs. Our creations are for everyone—whether you’re avoiding dairy by choice or by necessity—delivering scoop after scoop of unforgettable, plant-based flavor, with no compromise and all the sunshine you could want.

Avocado ice Cream/ Frozen Dessert
The Ahhh-Vo-Creamery's signature product is a rich, plant-based ice cream made from fresh avocados instead of dairy. Avocados provide a naturally creamy texture that closely mimics traditional ice cream, allowing us to create indulgent, full-flavored desserts without any dairy, lactose, or animal-based ingredients. Our lineup includes flavors such as Avo-Chocolate Dream, made with cocoa, dark chocolate chips, and pecans; Tropical Avo, blending avocado with mango, coconut milk, and lime; and Avo-Berry Bliss, featuring mixed berries and natural sweeteners. Each flavor is crafted to deliver the same satisfying taste and mouthfeel as traditional ice cream, without compromise.
